Julie Kruser

My name is Julie Kruser. My husband, Bob, and I have been parishioners of St. Columbkille since 2017. We have four adult children and four grandchildren, one of whom is a student at St. Columbkille school. We are early risers so you will see us at 8:00 Mass where I also serve as a Lector. I recently retired after a 23-year career in financial services.

When we were looking for a new parish we were invited to attend mass at St. Columbkille. Soon after we joined and deeply value the feeling of belonging we get from being a part of the parish (of course the beauty of the church and the fantastic pastoral staff played a role as well). 

I have found 'EMPOWER Christian Action' to be the tenet of the mission statement that most resonates with me. Being retired provides me the opportunity to look for opportunities to serve others through volunteer work as I strive to do for the least of my brothers as I would do unto Him.
